We engineer the Model Context Protocol layer between your ERP, CRM, EHR and data platforms and the AI agents you want working inside them.Deployed in your cloud account. Documented for your security review.
Most US enterprises are past the question of whether agents are useful. What stops the rollout is the review queue. Infosec wants a data flow diagram. Compliance needs to know what a model can see. Procurement will not sign without a SOC 2 Type II report on file.
We build for that gate from day one. Scoped permissions, a full audit trail and a control mapping ship with the layer, so your security team reviews an architecture instead of a promise.
of enterprise applications are projected to ship with task-specific AI agents by the end of 2026, up from under 5% in 2025.

SOC 2 Type II is now a qualification threshold in enterprise AI procurement, not a differentiator.

state privacy regimes shape what an agent may read, from CCPA and CPRA to Texas HB 300 and NY SHIELD.
Typical time from system mapping to a governed layer running against a live production system.
We are not asking you to replace anything. We connect the systems you already run, inside the boundary you already control.
Not another platform to buy. An integration layer that exposes the operations you approve and nothing else.
Your systems
MCP server layer
Scoped tools, role-based access, human approval on writes, and a full audit trail on every call.
Your agents
Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Epic, Snowflake, Databricks, Postgres and your internal APIs.
Read and write boundaries, role-based access and an approval path, agreed in writing first.
Who asked, which tool ran, what it touched, what changed. Structured logs that feed your SIEM.
Okta, Entra ID or Ping, with per-user scope enforced through the OAuth plumbing you already run.
Input validation, prompt-injection and tool-poisoning defenses, rate limits and blast-radius caps.
We build to MCP, not to a vendor. Changing model providers later does not mean rebuilding.
Each framework below changes something concrete in the build. You get the control mapping with the code.
Access control, change management and logging implemented as layer features, mapped to the criteria your auditor tests.
Minimum-necessary scoping at the tool boundary, PHI masked before it reaches a model, and a signed BAA.
Tokenised references and field-level redaction, so the agent path never becomes a new CDE to certify.
The layer reads through your systems of record rather than copying data out, so consumer rights requests keep working.
Where residency or sector rules differ by state, the constraint lives in the tool scope, not in a policy document.
For agencies and their contractors, we deploy inside an existing authorised boundary such as GovCloud.
Infominez is CMMI and ISO 27001 certified. Certification of your own environment stays yours. What we provide is an integration layer engineered so those controls hold, plus the documentation your assessors ask for.
The layer runs where your data already lives. We do not introduce a new place for it to sit.
Deployed into your AWS, Azure or GCP account behind private networking, with your KMS keys and your IAM. We hold no copy.
For core banking and clinical systems that cannot leave the datacenter, the same layer ships self-hosted behind your firewall.
Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex or a self-hosted model, pinned to US regions with zero-retention verified in configuration.
Each of these starts the same way. A system holds the answer, and someone is paid to go and fetch it by hand.
Transaction history, prior contacts and policy context assembled in one call, so the analyst decides instead of searching.
Read across EHR, claims and eligibility under minimum-necessary scoping, with PHI masked before the model sees it.
Live stock across DCs and stores, with the orders about to miss their promise date routed to whoever can fix them.
One question spanning TMS, carrier APIs and the ERP, answered from live data instead of four tabs.
Matching transaction sets pulled across systems, breaks surfaced, and the supporting documentation assembled.
Deal stage cross-referenced against invoicing and usage, so you see the accounts that genuinely need attention.
A deliberate sequence. We understand the environment before we design, and design before we build.
Systems in scope, where data lives, how it can be reached, which compliance boundaries apply. You get a build plan and a data flow diagram.
Tool schema, read and write scopes, role mapping and approval checkpoints, signed off with your security team before code ships.
Built and validated against your live systems in a non-production environment first, so daily operations keep running untouched.
Your agent platform connected and workflows configured, handed over with runbooks, the security pack and operational support.
Opening production systems to an agent is a governance decision first. Every boundary is agreed in writing before the first tool is exposed.
The commercial details that decide whether a project starts this quarter or next.
Daily overlap with Eastern and Pacific hours for standups, incident response and reviews.
We work under your MSA and SOW, sign your BAA and DPA, and accept your IP assignment terms.
CAIQ, SIG and bespoke questionnaires answered from an existing evidence pack.
Mapping is fixed price and fixed duration, so the first cheque buys a decision.
The engineers who map your systems are the engineers who build the layer.
Source, infrastructure definitions and documentation are yours at the end of every phase.
Start narrow, prove it in production, then widen. Every phase ends with something running.
| Engagement | What it covers | Typical shape |
|---|---|---|
| Start HereSYSTEM MAPPING | A fixed-scope assessment of your stack, access paths and compliance boundaries, ending with a costed build plan. | Typically 1 to 2 weeks. Fixed price. |
| Targeted BuildSINGLE-SYSTEM LAYER | One system and one well-defined set of tools, running in production before you widen the scope or the budget. | Typically 4 to 8 weeks end to end. |
| Full DeliveryMULTI-SYSTEM INTEGRATION | Several systems under one governed layer, with orchestration across the workflows that span them. | Phased, with a production milestone in each phase. |
| OngoingMANAGED EVOLUTION | Continued engineering as your systems, tools and agent workflows change, including periodic control reviews. | Monthly retainer, scaled to surface area. |
No. In the standard deployment the layer runs inside your own AWS, Azure or GCP account, behind your networking and using your keys. We retain no copy. Where a hosted model endpoint is involved, it is pinned to US regions with zero-retention settings verified in configuration rather than assumed from a marketing page.
That is what it is designed for. You get a data flow diagram, a control mapping against SOC 2 trust services criteria, the tool scope register, the logging design and answers to the standard questionnaires. We join the review call rather than sending a PDF and hoping.
Most conversations start with a system map. Share the platforms you depend on and what you want an agent to be able to do. We will come back with a scoped build plan and an honest view of what your security review will ask.
